The Cedarburg Garden Club warmly welcomes anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of gardening, conservation, and community beautification. Whether you’re new to gardening or have years of experience, our club offers a friendly, educational environment. CGC members can learn, grow, and share a passion for plants and environmental stewardship.

As an active and dedicated group, we take pride in maintaining several public gardens throughout Cedarburg, Wisconsin. We are delighted when we see you downtown and compliment our hard work! Won’t you consider joining us?

The Cedarburg Garden Club gardens bring color, life, and a touch of nature’s beauty to our community. We also provide important habitats for local, important insects and pollinators.

Monthly Meetings

Our monthly meetings are both informative and enjoyable. Members are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas, and gather fresh inspiration for their own gardens. After all, gardeners do know all the dirt! Our business meetings begin after the Guest Speaker at 6pm at approximately 7pm on the third Tuesday of each month (unless noted).

We discuss club updates and new activities. Our leadership includes a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, along with several Committee and Garden chairs who help guide projects and keep members involved.

Guest Speakers (Open to the Public)

Each monthly meeting begins with a guest speaker and is open to the public at 6pm on the third Tuesday of each month (unless noted). Speakers cover a variety of garden-related topics, from landscape design and native Wisconsin plants to conservation practices.

Annual Summer Bus Trip

Each year, CGC members also organize a much-anticipated bus trip to a botanical garden or arboretum. This special outing gives members the chance to experience beautiful landscapes, learn from expertly curated displays, and come away with new ideas. Guests and prospective members are encouraged to join us! It’s a highlight of the year, building friendships and enhancing everyone’s gardening knowledge.

Annual Fundraisers

Annually, our members participate in two to three fundraisers, with proceeds supporting local and charitable organizations. These events are a wonderful opportunity for members to connect with one another. Some of us are neighbors, long-time friends and together we raise awareness for green spaces and promote sustainable practices.

Our programs are held primarily on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm at the Cedarburg American Legion Post. Come to one meeting and if you like what you see, come to a second meeting and you can join right then and there! Please send an email to: cedarburggardenclub@gmail.com. Membership is $30 annually.
